Returns without the runaround.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. For orders placed between 1 November and 31 December, TeePublic currently extends the return window until 31 January.

Returned items must be new, unworn and unwashed. Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible to be returned again for a refund.

Qualifying items can be returned for defects or for other eligible reasons. TeePublic may refuse a return, exchange or refund in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Returns are handled by post. Contact TeePublic before sending anything back so you receive the correct instructions for your order. Unless TeePublic provides a prepaid label or tells you otherwise, the return label and postage are your responsibility.

Qualifying orders can be exchanged, and TeePublic currently offers free size exchanges. Use TeePublic's exchange tool or contact its support team to arrange one.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact TeePublic with a photo of the problem. TeePublic states that damaged items do not need to be returned.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The original shipping fee is not refunded. TeePublic says refunds usually clear on its side within 24–48 hours, although your bank or payment provider may take longer to show the money.

There is no restocking fee for standard qualifying returns. Returns valued at more than $250 before discounts may be subject to TeePublic's 20% restocking fee.

TeePublic handles returns, exchanges and refunds for items bought through TeePublic. If your order came from another shop or platform, use the return policy and support service shown on that order.
